One thing that I hear consistently from the clients I provide coaching and counseling for is the difficulty they have with boundaries. Whether it’s due to their struggle to say no or please others, they have a hard time keeping up boundaries.
People make the idea of creating a boundary more difficult than it has to be.
Boundaries keep us safe and they help us live a healthy life. Your ability to define your boundaries and maintain them will make a big difference in your continued growth. If you think or know that you are in a codependent relationship you need to figure out your boundaries fast.
