Toxic resentment is a common problem for individuals and couples because many things happen within a relationship to get mad about. Your partner says or does something that hurts you so deep that you think how could I ever get over it.
There’s not a timeline on your pain and hurt, but if it’s toxic for you, meaning it’s affecting areas of your life, you’ll want to decide if you’re going to keep holding on to the pain or dump it. In this episode, I’ll discuss how resentments affect our relationships, the three different types of communication responses, the power of forgiveness, and what you can do to take action to resolve your toxic resentment.
