You will see one of two things happen. Your partner will be affected by your change which is the best chance they will change, or your tolerance for a crappy relationship will stop. When this happens, you may decide to end the relationship.

Regardless of the outcome, the power is in your ability to fix yourself first, versus waiting on others.
