Do you ever get in your own way when it comes to what’s best for you? You and I, because we’re human, have a tendency to get in our own way. Meaning, we’re going along, things are going okay and we say or do something that sets us back. Whether it’s to our partner or ourselves, whether it’s a slip up a screw up or self-sabotage. Most of the time stress is the culprit that leads us to these.In today’s episode, I’m sharing how we can live our life as a whole person, how stress gets in the way of each area of our life, how it affects those around us and how you can build up the different parts of yourself to achieve the balance you’re looking for.
